You will have no doubt received a mailing from the D.W.P (Department of Works & Pensions) explaining the potential penalties that can occur if you do not comply. Fines can be severe. The good news is that the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) is all about being “reasonable” and fair under the new legislation.

Remember we at ABA are here to help you. Our audit service and Star Merit Rating Scheme will be promoted on a national basis. Local authorities and various other reputable organisations support us. As a registered charity for over 16 years, who better to give advice on disability issues?
